Stoltzfus Construction is a general contractor specializing in custom-built pole buildings, horse barns, arenas, and garages but are equally comfortable tackling bloc foundations or other construction techniques. We are a full service custom builder and handle all phases of construction from walking you through the permit process to arranging site prep, plumbing, and electric.

Dave Stoltzfus began working with wood seventeen years ago in the carpentry business. In 1989, Dave started working in a Woodcraft Shop making outdoor furniture. Four years later, he started doing some roofing and construction. Following roofing and construction, Dave worked for three years building equestrian facilities. In April of 2004, Stoltzfus Construction was born.

Stoltzfus Construction currently employs six skilled Amish & Mennonite craftsmen. Our office and shop are located at our home. Five out of six employees have the Stoltzfus name but are not our immediate family. We earn our name by integrity and outstanding work. Our goal is to satisfy and exceed each customer's expectations for their finished project.

We build year round, specializing in Custom Barns, Garages, Arenas, Interior Horse Barns, Agricultural Buildings, Re-Model Work, and Re-Roofing for both Residential and Commercial. We serve customers throughout Chester and Lancaster Counties in Pennsylvania, as well as New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. To be placed on our building schedule, we require a signed contract and 10% down.
